Glamorous Hawaii Wedding – an embellished gown and blush details
Bianca and Josh said ‘I do’ surrounded by family and friends for their glamorous Hawaii wedding. This sweet couple, hailing from beautiful New Zealand, jetted off for a destination wedding on Oahu Island at Halekulani Hotel, a lovely luxury hotel on the ocean. I was so excited to capture a wedding at Halekulani Hotel because of their sweeping ocean views.
Hair and makeup began early in the morning for Bianca and her bridesmaids. I absolutely loved what Bianca chose for her bridesmaids to get ready in, white rompers in lieu of traditional robes. Bianca put on her embellished gown and it truly looked stunning on her, the beadwork and long train were amazing. The taupe colored bridesmaid dresses were also unique and totally fitting for Bianca’s ladies … the entire group was a fun one!
Josh and his guys relaxed most of the morning and did what guys do best: celebrate with a good swig of whiskey and a celebratory cigar! They were casual in their white short sleeve tops and linen pants, a quintessential casual Hawaiian wedding look.
A dreamy ceremony installation
Bianca and Josh’s wedding was planned by Finishing Touch, a wedding planning team known for their wow-factor designs! Their wedding ceremony design was no exception – I fell instantly in love with the four poster structure with elegant greenery and ivory blooms, accented by the ethereal white drapes. It was a warm day, but the guests were treated to fans and an ocean breeze.
After the two said their vows and became Mr. and Mrs., the entire party headed indoors to party the night away. The perfect combination was a gorgeous day, fun Hawaiian elements for their wedding, and a ridiculously fun group. Congratulations to the new couple, Bianca and Josh!
