Intimate Kauai Wedding | Wei + Marc
I’ve lived in Hawaii for many years, and I do wedding sessions all the time, but I still can’t get over how beautiful brides look standing out on the lava rock as the waves roll in. There’s just something enchanting about a delicate white dress, a radiant bride, and the contrast of the dark, natural features. Wei was such a beautiful bride, and her dress looked like it was designed just for her. Marc also looked so handsome in his cobalt blue suit standing beneath the sunset on the beach with his bride.
I always love doing sunset sessions or first looks before the ceremony because they really give couples a chance to slow down, embrace the moment, and take it all in. They’re free to express their love without all eyes on them. It’s a great way to start the biggest day of their lives together rather than being stressed or anxious. The love between these two is inspiring, and I couldn’t wait for them to tie the knot after doing their intimate sunset session.
Wedding day is here
On the day of their wedding, the sun rose high and bright over the ocean, displaying all its radiance for Wei and Marc. The ceremony took place out on the vibrant green lawn of the Sheraton Kauai Resort. Rose petals lined the aisle leading up to the palm grove along the beach where they would exchange vows. They had their friends and family tearing up and laughing all at the same time—it was perfect.
After the ceremony, they headed inside for and elegant yet fun-filled reception. With the delicious food, heartwarming toasts, and awesome dancing, it was an evening to remember. Congrats, Wei and Marc! I wish you many years of happiness!
